Service Policy

By booking with Detailed Victoria you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions contact us at 778 533 9298 or detailedvictoria@gmail.com before booking.

Booking & Deposit

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid via e-transfer to detailedvictoria@gmail.com or by card over the phone. Your time slot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with 24+ hours notice — your deposit transfers to the new booking.

Pricing & Adjustments

All prices listed are starting rates. Final pricing may be adjusted after inspection for heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, mold, or conditions requiring additional time and product. You will always be informed before any price adjustment is made.

Payment

Final balance is due upon job completion. We accept credit/debit card via Square, e-transfer, and cash. No payment, no keys back.

Access & Location

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the agreed location at the time of booking. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, the deposit is forfeited.

Results

We do our best to remove all stains and odours but cannot guarantee 100% removal on heavily set stains, permanent dye transfer, or pre-existing damage. We will always communicate what is and isn't possible before starting.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with any aspect of the service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is the standard we hold ourselves to.
